Are you looking to develop your career in care?

Our new residential provision in Tavistock is looking for someone ambitious, energetic and dedicated to lead a small team for a specific care package.

This role would ideally suit someone who has been a Registered Manager or a Deputy manager previously. You will be working with a service user that has complex needs including learning difficulties so an understanding of  de-escalation techniques and alternative methods of communication would be advantageous.

It will be essential that you have previous experience working with Autism/Learning Difficulties.

This home is led by a registered manager, supported by a multi-disciplinary team. This team will include clinicians from health, speech and language, occupational therapy and psychology, psychiatry and PBS services.

  • Flexibility and resilience to respond to the changing needs of those who we support
  • Strong “can do” attitude

Candidates must have:

•           A Level 3 or above and a willingness to undertake level 5 Diploma qualification
