Job Advert Location Description

The Priory Ticehurst House is an independent hospital, specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems.  Founded over 215 years ago the hospital stands in 48 acres of grounds, providing a calming and therapeutic environment for our patients.  The hospital provides inpatient services for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs and 2 distinct services for adolescents with High Dependency and Tier 4 requirements.

Job Advert Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Administrator who will be able to manage diaries of assigned individuals/departments, ensuring the efficient coordination of dates, times, venues and the effective scheduling of appointments,meetings and other associatiated functions.

You will also be required to provide cover for holidays and sickness to our Admissions Officer as and when required. You will also be required to collate data from various sources, producing reports, within strict deadlines. You will also be required to respond to internal and external enquires in person, by email and telephone. Previous experience is essential but not necessarily in a healthcare setting.
