With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

Eden Court is a care home designed for 38 older people requiring residential and nursing care. We are specialised in fraility, palliative cares.

Situated in Birkenshaw, the home offers a supportive environment with en suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge areas. Our dedicated team ensure we meet the resident’s individual care and social needs. We are very close with our residents and relatives and we promote a family culture.

 

Job Advert Role Description

As Social Activity Coordinator, you will have to be very reliable, hard worker, very friendly and a great team player. You will be responsible to offer one to one activities and group activities. You will be free to organise weekly activity planner including outdoor and indoor activities. We are looking forward to meet you. We require you to have either an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care or previous experience as an activity coordinator.
