Centrally located with easy access to Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Ashford, Maidstone and The Meadway Towns, The Priory Hospital, Ticehurst House stands in 48 acres of beautiful grounds. We offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient specialist mental health services for young people and adults in a safe and supportive environment.

Job Advert Role Description

We are seeking an experienced confident HR Advisor to provide a highly effective service across the Hospital. This is a broad generic role and you will lead on recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, policy and HR strategy whilst providing professional leadership to the HR team.

The ideal applicant will support managers and the team to recruit, on board, induct and retain nursing, medical, healthcare and support staff. You will ensure compliance during recruitment and selection and advise on issues of absence, conduct, performance management and grievances.

You will have the opportunity to influence HR and Engagement strategies, be involved in the implentation of the new HRIS and be creative and innovative around process improvements so that each and every employee is trained and developed to the highest standard and our managers are supported in implementing policy and people management practices which impact upon excellent service delivery and patient care.
