Knowing that you’re making a difference to people’s lives is rewarding in itself. But our many roles offer much more than that. As well as helping you grow and develop your talent, we want you to feel proud of where you work and what you do.

Job Advert Location Description

The Priory Ticehurst House is an independent hospital, specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems.  Founded over 215 years ago the hospital stands in 48 acres of grounds, providing a calming and therapeutic environment for our patients.  The hospital provides inpatient services for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs and 2 distinct services for adolescents with High Dependency and Tier 4 requirements.

Job Advert Role Description

This post is ideal for someone looking for their first role in generalist HR, or hoping to build on previous experience. You will be given the opportunity to support Regional HR Advisors, the Hospital Director and Managers in providing a range of services, including supporting and progressing complex employee relations matters, running your own caseload (where deemed appropriate) and assisting the site to help meet company wide HR targets within their own Divisions. You will also be required to be actively involved in all recruitment processes  along with checks for DBS and Right to Work.

You will be required to use your knowledge and expertise to provide effective hands on administration and provide support to the Payroll Administrator. Previous Administrator experience is essential. A key part of this role will be good organisational skills with great attention to detail. You will be expected to work in a busy environment with a varied and often demanding workload. This is therefore a brilliant opportunity to develop your HR skills and expertise and gain good exposure to working in a busy hospital environment.
