Job Advert Location Description

Set back within landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment of the Priory Hospital Roehampton offers calming and recovery focused residential treatment for up to 100 service users, as well as day care and outpatient services.

Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addictions and eating disorders, our multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

Job Advert Role Description

The role:

Act as first point of contact for all enquiries (telephone and online but excl direct admission enquiries) regarding The Priory Group’s services from a range of sources, outline the appropriate services The Priory offer, discuss relevance and liaise with relevant sites to arrange for literature/required information to be sent etc.


Applicants will be required to:

•           Advise and offer accurate advice and refer contact on to relevant alternative options where available.

•           Look for advice/guidance only or where The Priory can’t provide an

•           appropriate service.

•           Send relevant paperwork for initial assessment liaising with relevant members of site SMT.

•           Ensuring paperwork is reviewed promptly on arrival and enquirer/referrer is contacted swiftly to arrange detail of home/current provision visit and assessment.

•           Liaise with relevant Priory Sites to allocate each request and arrange appropriate appointments.

•           Liaise with appropriate on site SMT and ensure all administration is carried out following initial assessment whether referral is to be pursued, referred to other provision or refused.

•           Liaise regularly with enquirers/referrers throughout the process ensuring that they are kept up to date with developments and provide information on any changes/updates etc. Where appropriate actively support them to continue with their applications to Local Authority funding panels.

•           Maintain contact with funders/commissioners regarding paperwork, assessments, placements and transition plans.
