Here at Priory Group our People Services function is on a journey to develop a best in class HR service that meets the challenging and changing needs of our business and our 22000 staff. The People Teams provide support to our Central colleagues but also the wider business.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a Central HR Business Partner with a blend of skills and experience that mirrors the role responsibilities. Top level stakeholder interaction experience is pivotal as is professionalism, communication skills, team working and flexibility. Candidates will preferably come from a Health Care background but that is not essential.

The role is highly visible and critical in the success of the wider People Services team functions.

What we’d like from you:

  • Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified (working towards level 7 preferable) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working as a HRBP is preferred with the desire to progress their career
  • Knowledge of the latest UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Strong customer focused attitude
  • Understands and applies strong principles of confidentiality at all times
  • Organised & ability to prioritise
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Influencing and relationship building across all levels
  • Forward thinking, proactive and creative
  • The ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment
  • Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, HR systems
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Experience of managing junior team members
  • Proven experience of influencing and partnering with colleagues
