We are looking for a Deputy Manager to a staff team and service manager, you will need to be adaptable, approachable and able to organise and prioritise your tasks efficiently.

Role description:

Dedicated to undertaking the deputy management of supporting people with complex needs, your team will support service users to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the service success.

You will have in depth practical knowledge and experience in a similar role with current knowledge of appropriate legislation, excellent management and leadership skills with the ability to develop great support skills within the staff team.  This role is pivotal in the development and shaping of the service and an excellent opportunity for personal professional development.
