Kingsbrook School offers an integrated programme of education and therapy for young people with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties compounded by complex learning difficulties including Autism across a number of sites across East Anglia.

Job Advert Role Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Head of School.

This post will suit a professional individual who is prepared to work flexibly in a vibrant, caring and supportive educational environment.  The successful candidate will be able to manage and lead the education and operational performance of the school, ensuring compliance with company standards, quality indicators and inspection report recommendations.  They will ensure all legislative and regulatory requirements are fully met and monitored and that learning strategies in place are relevant and best meet the needs of our learners. The school is an innovative programme where therapy is fully embedded into the school curriculum. There are opportunities to expand the alternative education within the school to enhance the learning of all young people who attend. The school has a care home on site so will be taking a mixture of looked after children as well as day children.
