Recruitment Day at Buckingham Lodge on 29th June 2018 from 10am to 6pm.


We are looking for Nurses, Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants

At Buckingham Lodge we put people first and empower the individuals we support, the ideal candidates will have a background in care, the candidate should have or be willing to work towards NVQ level 3. For the Senior Care Assistant, the role involves supporting and supervising the Care Assistants on shift at Buckingham Lodge, and also supporting the delivery of high standards of care and support to the people that use our service, the candidate will ensure that they also contribute to the delivery of the development of the service and be involved in the day to day care of the service users, for the Senior Care Assistant, the role entails, once trained will carry out supervisions alongside the home manager and will support the home manager in the day to day running of the service, by making sure all reporting of incidents are carried out in a timely manner.


The role holder will be expected to follow policies and Procedures and have a good knowledge of CQC. The list is inexhaustible. In turn the role holder will have the full support of the management and team at Buckingham Lodge.


Buckingham Lodge is a 73 bedded purpose built home for nursing dementia and residential residents. We provide a therapeutic environment for our residents to live in which included environment and staff approach. Our team work tirelessly to develop each individual’s skills to help them to live more independently.
