Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

Ben Madigan is a purpose built nursing home, in Newtownabbey for over 60 older people. We support people with physical needs who require assistance and care. The home is designed to meet the needs of older people with a comfortable lounge, beach style cafe, a fabulous bar and a secret indoor garden, where residents can enjoy soothing music.The attractive enclosed gardens and patio provide residents with a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Job Advert Role Description

The work is both interesting and varied. You will support the Clinical Teams who deliver specialist care to our residents, of course. But you will also play a major role in making the lives of our residents as happy and fulfilling as possible – not just by showing real warmth to them and their families, but by continuously looking for ways to engage their interest and enhance their experience every day.
