Set back within landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment of the Priory Hospital Roehampton offers calming and recovery focused residential treatment for up to 100 service users, as well as day care and outpatient services.

Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addictions and eating disorders, our multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for an organised and thorough individual to join our Archive team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Tasks include:

  • Assembling, cataloguing and managing collections of medical information
  • Archiving and logging of closed files in line with company process, including correct labelling with destroy dates;
  • Any other reasonable facilities tasks as and when directed
  • Working with a team and alone
  • There will be elements of manual handling within the role  as you may be required to carry/ move boxes around.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
  • Collaborating with other Administrative Assistants where necessary
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with staff face to face and in writing when necessary
  • Adhering to the firm values and behaviours
  • Adhering to the facilities policies and procedures
  • Adhering to service level agreements

 

The successful candidate will have experience working in an administrative role, be organised and capable of managing their own workload. Experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage.
