Job Advert Location Description

We have a new exciting opportunity for a Therapies Director reporting into the Group Medical Director. The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out a division wide review of the Therapy day and outpatient programmes. This will include reviews of the evidence base of the programmes, the quality of the provision, the qualifications and experience of the Therapists delivering the programmes and the supervision arrangements.

The Therapies Director will provide professional leadership to the Therapists within the Division and will chair the Division Therapy Services Manager meetings to ensure sharing of best practice.

We are looking for someone who has a Therapy qualification and has carried out the role of a Senior Therapist with experience of leading a programme of therapy.

Any applicant should be passionate about providing high quality care and be able to demonstrate commercial awareness as well as have experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
