Clay Hill provides specialist education for up to 35 young people with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD). Set in a beautiful location on the rural outskirts of Lyndhurst in the New Forest, the school has recently expanded into purpose built extension and was recently judged Good in all areas. (Ofsted, Nov 17).  Every day, our multidisciplinary team works successfully with students aged 5 to 19 to help them achieve their full potential both personally and educationally.

We are now looking for a first-class professional to lead and further develop this expanding school. You are likely to be an established Head or Deputy Head with senior level management experience in the small/medium special school sector. We are also happy to consider you if you come from other schools or other relevant backgrounds as long as you have the expertise and commitment to help the school deliver its mission and objectives.
