Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

SYI North East is a service which supports individuals out in the community also in their own homes with both male and female residents. We support  individuals with learning disabilities,and mental health. We provide a safe and effective service to each individuals, where everyone can make their choices about the support they receive. We promote independence for all the residents we care for and strive to achieve this.

Job Advert Role Description

As a support worker you will be a key member of our team, providing a high standard of person centred support. We are a well run team and we thrive and work extremely hard as a team. We ensure the service we provide runs to the highest standards possible in all areas.

Support Workers are crucial to the provision of this support ensuring that the highest quality of support is given.

Diploma level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential as training will be given.   All employees benefit from a full induction and training programme as part of their personal development.

Car driver is essential.
