Job Advert Role Description

Priory Lodge School is a school for young people aged 7-19 with mild to moderate autistic spectrum disorders, Asperger’s Syndrome and associated difficulties. Most of our pupils are academically able and we offer GCSEs and some A levels.  Located in Roehampton, SW London , we aim to deliver the highest level of education and care according to individual needs in a safe, positive and structured environment.

We are looking for a Pupil Administrator. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team, but also work autonomously as they will be solely responsible for managing pupil information. The candidate needs to have keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills as well as being proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Responsibilities specific to the role include;

  • Liaising with parents, local authorities and senior management at Priory Lodge School to book pupil review meetings
  • Liaising with teachers and therapists to obtain their reports and distribute them by a specified deadline
  • Minuting all meetings (an average of 3 per week) and submitting them by a specified deadline
  • Ensuring all pupil documentation and details are up to date

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, or you are applying to work within our Children’s Homes we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
