Job Advert Role Description

Priory Adult Care has services across England, Wales and Scotland, all providing innovative, creative support enabling people with mental health problems, autism and learning disabilities to live the lives they want and have the opportunities they deserve.

Priory Adult Care, Supporting You in The Midlands (South) provides 1500hrs of Support to 45 Indiviudals who live in their own tenancies in either a shared house or self contained flat.

Registered Locality Managers are responsible for the management and operation of the service including the care and support, personel and business development of their area.

You will be required to support people to live full and independent lives, supporting individuals to achieve outcomes, hopes and dreams, so ideally will have previous experience of working within Supported Living at a management level. Whilst  meeting a range of personal care, social and emotional care needs.  The role requires directly supporting individuals in their own homes with daily living skills, household duties, managing finances, medication, shopping, personal hygiene, health appointments, accessing the local community and social engagements or employment, and supervising Locality coordinators and support workers carrying out these duties.  You will already be a CQC registered manager, or have experience in this area, and have the drive, passion and integrity to drive the business forward in the area, developing new services whilst ensure service continuity to maintained.

Management responsibilities include rota planning, payroll and income processing, attending and chairing reviews and meetings, staff management and supervision, building and maintaining relationships with tenants, families, commissioners and social workers.  

Diploma level 5 is required, or working towards. All employees benefit from a full induction and training programme as part of their personal development.

The successful candidate will be based in the registered office in Worcester WR5, but will be overseeing services in the Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire Area, so therefore the candidate must be a driver with access to a vehicle and have experience of Multi-Site Management. You will be also be required to take part in an on-call system at weekends and out of hours.
