The North London Clinic provides a full care pathway from medium secure, low secure to a locked rehabilitation wing. The full multidisciplinary team works with men who have a diagnosis of mental disorder and associated challenging behavior.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist Supervisor to provide support and direction across the hospital on issues of relational, procedural, and physical security issues.

The post holder has to ensure high standards and continuity are developed and maintained throughout the hospital and ensuring agreed policies and procedures are adhered to.

The post holder has responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of nursing care. The role will act as a senior member of the reception team, providing advice and overseeing that security policy is implemented locally.


The successful Receptionist supervisor should be:

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft word packages 
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Articulate and numerate, with strong sense of self motivation
  • Flexible, collaborative attitude towards duties and responsibilities
  • NVQ relevant area or GCSEs/ O Level
  • An SIA license would be advantageous but not essential
