Riddrie House is a three tiered rehab focused home for 32 people aged over 18 for indivduals with mental health diagnosis. Situated in the residential area of Riddrie, Glasgow with easily accessible routes to services in the city centre we are an active part of the community. Our diverse and experienced team make a difference to the lives of the people we support every day enabling them to achieve outcome focused goals and reduced support to successfully return to living in the community free from addiction.

Job Advert Role Description

As the Deputy Manager you will make a difference every day and will support the Service Manager by being responsible for key areas of service provision. In their absence you are responsible for the overall service, including providing, managing and coordinating support for service users. As Deputy Manager you will play a key role contributing to elements of the assessment, planning and implementation of support for people who use the service maximizing independence and community participation in conjunction with the service user and their advocates.

As an experienced Deputy Manager you will lead by example guiding our great team of diverse staff to ensure compliance with good practice guidelines and legislative, statutory and organisational requirements.

As the Deputy Manager you are the face of Riddrie and represent the home facilitating annual reviews, regular reviews of care plans and risk assessments of the people we support, involving their family, care manager, key worker and others as appropriate.
