Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

Lammas Lodge is a specialist male service that supports people who have been diagnosed with Autism. Individuals have varying levels of Autism and are all supported by experienced staff, who enable their physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs to be met.

The support at Lammas Lodge is delivered by a dedicated and professional Multi Disciplinary Team of staff, who are committed to providing quality support. We have regular meetings with consultants which is supported with Behaviour consultants

Within the house we continually and consistently promote the development of social skills, independent living and personal responsibility. This includes daily skills such as shopping, cooking, doing laundry and cleaning and tasks are dependent upon an individual's ability. The people who live here are very proud of their home as they have so much involvement in creating it.

The house itself is a large, spacious building, with its own grounds and has extensive lawn gardens to the front and rear. There is a large activity area where we have a cinema room and quite time area where the individual can have some time to themselves,. There are also two self-contained flats, in which 2 people can live more independently, with support where necessary.
