With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

Finn Farm Lodge is a 6-bedded service specialising in supporting people with a diagnosis of Prader-Willi Syndrome.  In addition the home also supports people with additional needs such as Autism and Learning disabilities.

Job Advert Role Description

Finn Farm Lodge is looking for a dynamic individual who can support the manager in a deputy role.  This role will require a knowledge of rota planning, managing finances, staff performance management including supervisions and appraisals and care planning, along with risk management, care reviews and medication management.
