With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. Addison Court (formerly part of Amore Care) is a purpose-built care home providing a friendly and companionable place to live.

Conveniently situated in an easily accessible residential area in the centre of Accrington, the home offers a supportive and safe environment with extensive communal space.

Our lounges and dining areas have all been carefully designed to create a homely and comfortable atmosphere. Each bedroom, which has the added benefit of en-suite facilities, is designed to ensure comfort and safety and the friendly and welcoming décor helps residents feel at home. The home also benefits from a tranquil, fully enclosed garden, which offers our residents a relaxing atmosphere and a quiet retreat.

Our award-winning and dedicated team ensure we meet the resident’s individual care and social needs and the friendly and welcoming décor helps our residents feel at home. There is an open visiting policy and families and friends are always welcome.

Job Advert Role Description

Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

Your caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
