Working within the Project Team your role would entail managing all aspects of group projects that are assigned to you.

Job Advert Role Description

As a Project Manager you will join our project team reporting to the Group Projects Director. You’ll be enthusiastic, driven and able to couple excellent technical knowledge with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident conversing at all levels, plus able to demonstrate good use of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio).

The role is fast paced and exciting, multi-tasking and working within a small team as well as dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

The role will involve delivering IT systems and business change projects for the business.

Working closely with the projects team to shape the way projects are delivered, creating and implementing delivery processes, reporting, governance structures and risk analysis. Working with senior stakeholders from the business, you will look to ensure project business cases are robust and justifiable and projects are being completed within budget and timescales.
The ideal candidate will possess:

Project Management skills
Demonstrable experience of performing a similar role preferably within a Healthcare environment.
Prince2 experience (Practitioner)
A wide variety of project experience across IT & Business Change, with a strong bias on systems and business process change.
Be able to work on multiple work streams simultaneously
Experience of managing third party suppliers
Have a full driving license, use of a car and ability to drive between national locations will be required

Experience of working on change projects for finance, procurement
