With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Shaftsbury Mews is an innovative and bespoke new residential service designed to support people with autism, learning disability, aquired brain injury and mental health.    We offer long term and short term care and we are looking to recruit dedicated nurses who are professional and can deliver a high standard of care to the people that we support.

There are a number of bank nurse positions available and we welcome applications from those wishing to pursue a flexible working approach, candidates should state clearly on their application form their availability and the number of shifts / hours that they could accommodate.

Job Advert Role Description

Fantastic opportunities have arisen for experienced nurses in our brand new facility at Shaftsbury Mews in Whiteabbey, Co Antrim.  Ideally you will be a suitably qualified nurse with recent, relevant experience in a similar environment in which you have had responsibility for care of for adults who have complex mental and physical disabilities.  The post holders and will be supported by Unit Managers and Support Workers will be responsible for ensuring that a person centred approach is provided to meet the needs of the service users.

This role will be particularly appealing for those who want to persue a career with a leading organisation and have the drive and commitment to take responsibility for meeting the needs of the service users and woking as part of multi disciplinary team to do so.  This is a brand new facility and therefore those who have the skills to make this a success should apply.
