Jubilee Gardens is a purpose built care home providing 24-hour care and support for  older people who need nursing care and /or support for mental health problems. There is also an onsite day centre for 24 people. Jubilee Gardens' award-winning team of nurses, carers and auxiliary staff are committed to provide a high standard of care to all people. Job Advert Role Description

The work is both interesting and varied. You will support the Clinical Teams who deliver specialist care to our residents, of course. But you will also play a major role in making the lives of our residents as happy and fulfilling as possible – not just by showing real warmth to them and their families, but by continuously looking for ways to engage their interest and enhance their experience every day.
