Park Villa, in Macclesfield, is a community-based hospital providing tailored rehabilitation and recovery for up to 11 women aged between 18 and 65 years, with complex and enduring mental health needs.

Job Advert Role Description

Park Villa is looking to recruit a part time Administrative Assistant to provide efficient, professional and effective administrative and secretarial support. The role holder will handle external and internal enquiries, applying the appropriate prioritisation.

The role holder will ensure that all information and documentation is correct and processed in line with policies and procedures in order that regulatory, statutory, compliance and financial requirements are met. The Administrative Assistant will assist in updating service user and staff records and local  data base system.

Candidates will have experience within an administrative, customer service, clinical or other related background and must be highly organised and self motivated individuals.
