The Priory Hospital Altrincham is located in a beautifully appointed and tranquil part of Cheshire. With access to an on-site Doctor 24 hours a day, we ensure a safe and comfortable atmosphere at all times. Our senior consultant and therapist-led teams are also supported by 24 hour, expert nursing care. 

We are one of the UK’s leading centres for the treatment of depression, anxiety and addictions and we provide consultant and therapist-led treatments for 50 patients on an inpatient or outpatient basis.

The striking manor-style house which stands upon beautiful, landscaped grounds provides a peaceful and homely feel to the hospital, delivering the perfect environment for treatment.

Job Advert Role Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Dietician to join our Multidisciplinary team working within our adolescent eating disorder inpatient and day care services. The post holder will primarily be responsible for the nutritional assessment and treatment of all eating disorders patients. The post holder will have excellent communication skills and will be an active member of an established, committed and energetic team, participating in the on going development  of the service and clinical governance issues.

Previous eating disorders experience is essential as is a flexible approach to work; experience in tube feeding would also be a benefit. The post holder may at times be required to assess adult general psychiatric patients identified as at risk of malnutrition or for other nutritional needs.
