Job Advert Location Description

Ty Catrin is a low secure mental illness and personality disorder service for men and women who require a medium-term placement and recovery-orientated specialist treatment in order to progress on their care pathway towards rehabilitation care. The facility is split into six wards along with semi-independent flats onsite.

Job Advert Role Description

Knowledge / Education / Skills:

  • Basic numeracy and literacy required
  • Detail oriented & ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong customer focused attitude and team working ethic

Experience

  • Experience and understanding in a building, plumbing, mechanical or electrical discipline desirable.

Responsibility

  • Leadership
  • Occasionally required to assist less experienced colleagues.

Budgets & Equipment

  • No budgetary or financial responsibility, responsible for the proper use of various pieces of maintenance equipment.

Information

  • Shared responsibility for the confidentiality and identify of patients.
