Job Advert Location Description

Set back within 10 acres of landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment of the Priory Hospital Southampton offers therapeutic and recovery focused residential treatment as well as day care and outpatient services. The hospital also provides a specialist inpatient service for children and adolescents.

Priory Hospital Southampton provides 40 beds across 3 wards.  The  services provided at the hospital includes a young peoples ward (CAMHs) an acute adult and Eating Disorder unit.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for an Administration Manager, who will manage a team of medical secretaries and reception staff. They will also provide admin support for the senior management team. The succesful candidate will need to provide cover when needed for the secretaries.  The candidate will need to have previous Office supervisory or management experience and have excellent Microsoft and Excell skills as well as being a competant typist.  For further information on this role please contact Kirsty Rolt, HR administrator on 02380 840044
