Elm Park is a 17 bedded Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit in Ardleigh which specialises in the assessment, care and treatment of adult residents (18+ years) with an acquired brain injury

Job Advert Role Description

The Physiotherapist has responsibility for assessing and reporting upon residents’ physical ability and level of independence and to devise, implement and monitor care and treatment plans appropriate to individual residents’ needs.

Key responsibilities include

  • Assessing and reporting upon residents’ physical ability.
  • To devise, communicate and monitor appropriate programmes and treatment for the residents’ specific physical and independence needs.
  • To participate in the setting up and implementation of appropriate care and treatment programmes to meet the residents’ physical, psychological and social needs.
  • To show initiative in organizing and delivery of both group and individual treatment programmes
