Job Advert Location Description

The Cloisters is a 25 bedded open rehabilitation unit, set within a peaceful environment on the edge of Newbury. The unit offers in-patient rehabilitation services to service users who require longer hospital stays than provided in an acute ward, to develop independent living skills prior to moving into community based accommodation.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a motivated, and hands on person to manage our small housekeeping team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the hospital is kept to a high standard of Cleanliness throughout.

Previous cleaning experience essential

Must be able to give clear instructions and have prior experience of supervising a team.

Applicants must be able to prioritise work.

Have good communication skills as you will be interacting with Service Users as well as staff.

COSHH is required but training will be given

Must have basic computer skills and be able to use electronic ordering systems.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday ,with occasional weekend and bank holiday work as required
