Job Advert Role Description

In the role of Executive Assistant you will provide efficient and effective executive administrative support to the Regional Managing Director and the wider Southern Region Senior Management Team.

You will have responsibility for diary management and ensuring that updates and amendments are communicated to all parties.  You will book travel and accommodation as required.


You will be responsible for all aspects of preparation for management meetings and the effective, efficient documenting and tracking to conclusion of follow-up actions.  You will prepare and distribute meeting packs, format slide presentations and produce written minutes for key management meetings.


You will build and manage relationships with all key internal and external contacts, to ensure their needs and requirements are being met.

 You will take a pro-active approach to help the divisional managing director in the efficient and effective execution of his or her duties.
