You will be required to implement and manage clinical processes, embedding policies and procedures. You will also support the Director of Clinical Services in establishing a high quality service, ensuring CQC standards are being met and providing Clinical leadership to the nursing team.  Woodland View supports service users through their journey from being supported in a treatment and assessment environment, through the community facing ward and into a community simulated environment where they have the opportunity to practice all their learned skills safely prior to discharge.
