 Priory Group, specialises in providing person-centred support to young adults with Autism and associated complex support needs, in CQC-registered residential settings in the Preston and South Ribble area.

Staff work as a team to support 5 adults to achieve their desired outcomes, live the most meaningful life's possible and maximise their independence.

Job Advert Role Description

As the deputy manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service. Ensuring risk assessments and care plans are up to date. ensuring supervisions are completed and all aspects of complaince are completed. Deputy manager will be an excellent leader and lead the team to success.
