Priory College South Wales is an independent, specialist co-educational college for young adults aged 16-25 with Asperger’s syndrome, autistic spectrum disorders, SEMH and a range of additional complex learning and communication needs. The college was set up in partnership with Coleg Gwent, the largest further education college in Wales, to meet the academic, social and emotional needs of our young people.

Job Advert Role Description

  • Provide inspiration, motivation and vision to help take the college even further forward.
  • Provide a relentless focus on enabling all learners to raise their achievement within our learning community and beyond.
  • Work in partnership with your colleagues, both in the college and the wider Priory network of schools and colleges to ensure the college continues to be highly regarded in all aspects of its provision.
  • Have the capacity to rise to the challenge of monitoring and evaluating all aspects of Education including planning the Curriculum, Safeguarding Lead and Health and Safety.
  • Be a team player, happy to work closely with the well-established and supportive team.
