With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Marshlands and The Bungalow our two services on the same grounds that support the needs of individuals with Learning disabilities,communication difficulties, some behaviours that can challenge. the services are situated on expansive grounds and are local to the village of Lydd. 

Job Advert Role Description

We have an exiting opportunity for an experienced person to join our team as a team leader to continue the progression and compliance of the homes. The services are part of Priory Adult care one of the leading specialist in residential care in the country. The role encompasses the supervision of a team, medication administration, structuring daily activities, completing compliance checks, supervision of support workers. The role involves working across both services and there will be sleep nights and night work if needed. We would like committed and enthusiastic individuals that have a person centred approach to apply. We are happy for any potential applicant to come and meet us for an informal chat and see the great work that happens at these homes.
