Set back within landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment of the Priory Hospital Roehampton offers calming and recovery focused residential treatment for up to 100 service users, as well as day care and outpatient services.

Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addictions and eating disorders, our multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

Job Advert Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant with experience or keen interest in Eating Disorders, or General Psychiatric knowledge to work alongside our multi-disciplinary team ensuring the wellbeing and care of patients with eating disorders in our flagship hospital.

The successful candidate will support and assist qualified staff in the assessment, planning and implementation of patient care, the provision of practical support and responsive care to patients who require assistance with personal and therapeutic needs and facilitation of recreational activities.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate their skills and experiences in observing and monitoring the well being of patients ensuring that any unusual occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff/the primary nurse and documented as appropriate.
