Job Advert Location Description

Mark College is situated in a Grade 11 Georgian house set in 24 acres of grounds on the edge of Mark Village on the Somerset Levels, with easy access to the M5.

At Mark College we combine an innovative curriculum, effective student support strategies and a highly committed team of professionals. We are a specialist residential and day school for boys and girls aged 10 to 19 with specific learning difficulties including dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, ASD and language disorders.  Our young people are from a range of backgrounds and nationalities. 

Job Advert Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive professionals to provide assistance in supporting the effective delivery of education and independence programmes for Learners and Young People in our Post 16 department, ensuring that facilities comply with statutory regulations and quality standards.

Previous experience of working within a special needs environment would be desirable. The post will suit professional individuals who are prepared to work flexibly in a vibrant, caring and supporting environment.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 5 years.

Please be advised that references will be requested prior to interview for all roles within our schools.

If you are applying to work within our Children’s Homes we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
