Victoira house is a 5/6 beded residential home for young people with EBD needs and is situated on the outskirts of Dover, Kent.

Job Advert Role Description

Taking complete responsibility for the running of service provision, the new Manager will be expected set up and open the home, set high standards in line with the Company's expectations, provide leadership, support and direction for the care team and champion the Company’s ethos.  They will also need to be able to work with professionals from a wide range of different disciplines.

The successful applicants will need to have had a wide range of experience as a child care practitioner having managed teams for at least two years in a residential setting.  A Level 5 Diploma / DipSW qualifications or equivalent are essential.  Full driving licence is required.
