**Support Worker / Care Assistant vacancies – CQC ‘Good’ rated service**

We are currently looking to grow our already established and superb team of support workers at Collinson Court in Trentham.

We are passionate about providing excellent care and support to individuals with autism and people who engage in challenging behaviour. As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of 1000s of stories of inspiring care and support for our service users.

Our ideal support worker will

  • Have a great sense of humour
  • Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our client group achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
  • Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
  • Be outspoken and inspire our clients to achieve more!
  • Help manage some physical challenging behaviours
  • Be a driver, so they can take service users out and about (don’t worry – we employ non-drivers too!)

We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide care and support for individuals with autism and challenging behaviours at Priory Adult Care’s Collinson Court in Trentham.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial, however it is not essential; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn and the compassion to care for the people we support.
