Job Advert Role Description

We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join our pre-employment team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Providing efficient and effective administrative support within the People Services team, you will handle both external and internal enquiries in relation to pre-employment checks.

An exceptional administrator, you will have high levels of accuracy and experience in a fast moving environment, preferably HR or Recruitment.

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the proven ability to juggle competing priorities.

Duties include:

  • Processing of new contract request forms
  • Chasing of references
  • Updating relevant trackers and reports
  • Ensuring complaince and accuracy

What we’d like from you:

  • Previous experience in a HR/Recruitment environment
  • Have sound knowledge of pre-employment processes and requirements along with a customer focused approach
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Sector relevant experience is desirable but not essential
