Job Advert Location Description

Oak Vale Gardens is based in the L13 area of Liverpool. This service accommodates and suppports up to 18 adults with an acquired brain injury and complex health and social care needs. Our purpose built facility offers accomodation in easily accessed grounds with car parking facilities. Situated within easy access to local transport links and motorway networks the focus of the service provided is to meet the holistic needs of each individual aiming at maintaining and improving their quality of life.

Job Advert Role Description

Job Purpose

To organise and control the efficient and economic production of quality food within the allocated budget, whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO regulations.

Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals, as and when required.

 

Desired Requirements

  • Basic Food / Hygiene Certificate
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List/ ISA List (where applicable)
