Job Advert Role Description

As a Senior Support Worker you will be a key member of your team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our service users; you will support and lead a small team of Support Workers to maintain high standards of care & support within their role. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting our residents in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible and you will support you’re staff team to carry out their role in a safe, compassionate and effective manner.  Person – centred support planning, medication administration, personal care, and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so experience along with energy and initiative is vital; to apply for this role you must have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar caring role and hold a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards achieving this qualification.
